Service-Based Work

Because landscaping services are customized and labor-based, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Each project is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

Deposits, if required, are used to secure scheduling, labor, and materials. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased.

Cancellations

If a service is canceled before work has begun, we may issue a refund or credit depending on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred.

Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work

If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include corrections or partial refunds when appropriate.

No Refunds for External Factors

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, property access limitations, or factors beyond our control. These situations do not qualify for refunds.
